サプリメントの化学療法への影響
乳がん化学療法前後にサプリメントを服用していると再発・死亡リスクが増加。サプリメントの種類は、ビタミンA・ビタミンC・ビタミンE・カロテノイド・コエンザイム Q10)、ビタミンB12、鉄剤など。マルチビタミン製剤では影響は明らかでなかった。
化学療法の内容はAC療法またはパクリタキセル。
