メトホルミンと非小細胞肺癌

IIIB〜IV期のEGFR変異陽性の非小細胞肺癌患者に対して、ゲフィチニブ・エルロチニブ・アファチニブのいずれかとメトホルミンを併用するとPFSが有意に延長した（9.9→13.1ヶ月、HR 0.60）。また副次的解析でOSも有意に延長した（17.5→31.7ヶ月）。メキシコのオープンラベル、ランダム化第2相試験。
